As you head up the coast, don’t hesitate to discover theisland of Noirmoutier via the Gois, a Roman submersible road, or the bridge. An island with a thousand faces: its villages, windmills, Plage des Dames and cabins… Hauts lieux de Tournage de cinéma”, its salt marshes, not forgetting its gastronomy and the “Bonotte” Pur Terroir potato. And our jewel off the coast:Yeu Island, tiny but full of contrasts. A piece of land detached from the Continent. Its sandy beaches, coves, wild coastline whipped up by the sea breeze, “Brittany in miniature”, the trembling stone, the old castle and all the trails that require good calves to explore this jewel…
